Strategy and Enterpreneurship Research Unit

The Research Unit on "Strategy and Enterpreneurship" is a center of excellence devoted to the promotion of academic, applied and policy research in the fields of strategy and competitiveness. It focuses on strategy formulation and implementation, business transformation and strategic change, business conditions and regulations, strategic leadership, planning processes and systems, internationalization, as well as entrepreneurship and business development. Its main purposes are to:

Create sustainable pathways of leading edge research

Promote policy research and thinking

Provide, through partnering, consulting and expertise to enterprises and organizations

Cooperate with other research centers, academic institutions and public bodies in endeavors promoting its areas of interest
