A total of 28 Postgraduate Programs are offered at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). They include full-time programs, part-time programs, and joint programs (with other Universities). These programs can be classified into two groups: Standard Study Programs, designed for full-time students and Executive programs, targeted at executives of Enterprises and Organizations who are already graduates, and wish to upgrade their scientific background and managerial skills, without having to interrupt their careers. The Department runs the MBA International Program. Fostering the synergetic combination of managerial and interpersonal skills with solid analytical and technological competencies is a distinguishing characteristic of the Program. With 8 Core courses (Organisational Behaviour, Introduction to Financial Management, Financial Accounting, Introduction to Marketing, Decision Making, Information Systems Management, Production & Operations Management (POM), Business Strategy) and over 50 Electives, structured into a choice of specializations in
the program provides a rich curriculum allowing breadth and depth of study. Launched in January 1999, the program has already attained wide recognition, both in the business community as well as among Greek and international applications. The performance to date speaks for itself:

The Department also participates in the MSc in Global eManagement (GeM), an international network of business schools sharing a common curriculum in e-Business at the masters degree level. Students from different parts of the world, work on common cases and virtual teaming is facilitated using distance learning and groupware technologies so participants can electronically interact. The founding members of the GEM consortium include: Athens University of Technology and Business, Copenhagen Business School, Erasmus University, Rotterdam School of Management, Georgia State University, Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration, University of Cologne. |
